DecDream (“DecDream,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-assisted dream interpretation, journaling, and self-reflection services. This policy explains the information we handle when you use the service.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, dream descriptions, emotions, symbols, recent-life context, and other details you choose to submit. We may also collect basic technical and usage information, such as device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, and error or security events.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve DecDream, generate AI-assisted interpretations, maintain your account and private Dream Journal, administer the monthly limit of up to 8 full analyses, process purchases and subscriptions, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, communicate service information, and comply with legal obligations.

AI and service providers

Information needed to generate an interpretation may be sent to third-party artificial-intelligence providers. We may also use hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email, security, and payment providers as reasonably necessary to operate DecDream. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. DecDream does not store your complete credit or debit card number on its own servers. Stripe may process payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction information according to its own privacy policy.

Storage and retention

Dream entries and interpretations may be stored in your account so you can access your Dream Journal and member features. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, and legal compliance.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable law and information we must retain for legitimate legal, security, or transaction-record purposes. Avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information that is not needed for dream reflection.

Children

DecDream is not directed to children under 13. If you are not old enough to consent to an online service in your jurisdiction, use DecDream only with appropriate permission from a parent or guardian.

Sale of information and security

We do not sell your dream content as a product to advertisers. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
