Refund & Cancellation Policy

DecDream sells personalized digital services that are delivered immediately or shortly after purchase. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

$2.99 Single Dream Interpretation

A one-time purchase is generally fulfilled once the full interpretation has been generated or made available. Because it is a personalized digital product, a completed interpretation is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a verified technical failure prevented delivery.

If you were charged but did not receive the purchased interpretation, contact DecDream so we can investigate and, when appropriate, restore access, regenerate the interpretation, or issue a refund.

$9.99 monthly membership

The DecDream Member subscription includes up to 8 full dream analyses per monthly billing cycle. It automatically renews at $9.99 each month until canceled. Unused analyses do not roll over to the next cycle unless expressly stated otherwise.

How cancellation works

You may cancel through Account → Manage Membership, which opens Stripe’s secure Customer Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue using remaining benefits until that date, and you will not be charged for the next billing period.

Canceling does not normally produce a prorated refund for the current billing period. Refunds will be provided where required by applicable law and may be approved for verified duplicate charges, billing errors, technical non-delivery, fraud, or other exceptional circumstances.

Billing questions

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact DecDream with enough non-sensitive information to locate the transaction. Do not send complete card numbers or account passwords.
